通常情況下，我們會基於以下功能或使用場景收集與使用您的個人資訊。請您知悉， 因服務形式（如 App、PC 端、Web 端）、設備作業系統（如 iOS、Android、HarmonyOS）及業務情況不同， 實際提供之功能、所涉權限與個人資訊處理情況可能有所差異，請以您實際使用的產品與/或服務為準。
當您註冊或登入我們的產品與/或服務時，為完成註冊/登入流程，您需提供手機號碼與 Hot-short 帳號登入密碼。 收集手機號碼是為滿足相關法律法規的網路實名制要求。若您拒絕提供手機號碼進行驗證，將導致註冊/登入失敗， 但不影響您使用影片瀏覽、搜尋與播放功能。若您透過電子郵件登入，則需提供電子郵件地址與帳號密碼。
若您使用第三方平台帳號（例如 Facebook、WhatsApp、Instagram、LINE、Gmail 等）授權登入， 您授權我們取得該第三方帳號之公開資訊（如暱稱、頭像、OpenID 等），以完成帳號綁定及資料完善。 若您以第三方平台帳號直接註冊，為符合法律法規之網路實名制要求，我們仍可能要求您綁定手機號碼； 若您拒絕提供，將可能無法完成註冊，但不影響瀏覽、搜尋與播放功能。
如您為 Hot-short VIP 會員，為驗證會員身份及提供相應服務，我們會收集會員身份及類型、 會員有效期限、會員等級、會員積分、卡券資產、其他會員權益及其使用情況等資訊。 同時，我們亦可能統計您登入會員帳號的設備數量與同時使用會員服務的設備數量， 以判斷帳號是否存在安全風險，並確認是否符合會員服務規則。
若您於產品與/或服務中購買 VIP 或透過活動獲得相關權益與資產，我們會將其同步展示於您的 Hot-short 帳號下。
為符合法律規定與監管要求、確保使用者身分真實性、進行風險控制與保障系統安全， 當您使用部分特定服務或功能前，可能需先完成實名認證。我們可能收集您的姓名、手機號碼、 身分證件相關資訊等，以完成認證流程；具體收集內容將依實際業務情況而定，並另行取得您的授權同意。
若您申請成為機構內容創作者、版權認購者，或成為特定專業領域之內容生產者， 我們可能會收集您的聯絡人姓名、聯絡方式、聯絡地址、職業資格、服務資質、專業背景等資料，以完成相應身分認證。
上述場景可能需要申請相機、相簿/儲存（媒體與檔案）等權限。如您拒絕授權，可能導致身分認證失敗； 若您拒絕提供必要個人資訊，將無法使用相關功能，但不影響您使用其他服務。
當您使用音樂、影片等內容的瀏覽與播放功能時，為提供連續且一致的使用體驗並保障服務品質， 我們可能會記錄您的設備資訊與個人上網記錄。前述個人上網記錄可能包括： 瀏覽、點擊、播放（含投屏播放）記錄、收藏、追蹤、預約、按讚、分享、發布紀錄、 訪問日期、時間、停留時長及互動次數等。
當您的帳號處於登入狀態時，我們會基於帳號記錄相關資訊；若您未登入， 我們則可能基於裝置資訊記錄部分上網行為，例如瀏覽、點擊、播放紀錄、訪問日期與停留時長。
當您使用投屏服務播放影片內容時，我們可能會搜尋並連接本地網路裝置， 收集網路類型、TV 端投屏裝置 ID、裝置名稱及播放器唯一 ID，以確認行動裝置與 TV 裝置位於同一區域網路， 以實現裝置互聯與播放適配。
當您透過行動網路使用影音播放功能時，為避免不合理耗用流量， 我們可能會根據合作營運商提供之流量套餐類型資訊，為您設定較為適合的預設清晰度。
當您使用搜尋功能時，我們可能收集搜尋內容、搜尋時間、瀏覽紀錄與互動次數等資訊。 為提升搜尋效率，部分資訊可能暫時儲存在本地裝置上，以向您展示搜尋紀錄。
當您購買商品或服務時，我們可能根據商品/服務類型收集以下部分或全部資訊： 收貨人資訊（如姓名、地址、聯絡電話、郵遞區號）、交易商品/服務資訊、訂單編號、 訂單建立時間、應支付金額及您的備註訊息。該等資訊用於協助您完成訂單、保障交易安全、 查詢訂單狀態及提供客戶服務。
為完成訂單支付與保障交易安全，我們可能收集與支付相關之資訊，並透過安全方式與支付機構共享部分必要資訊 （包括支付機構以 SDK 方式直接收集之情形）。同時，為確認支付狀態、協助處理糾紛及提供客服與售後服務， 我們可能自支付機構取得支付時間、支付狀態及支付進度等資訊。
當您成功下單後，如商品或服務由第三方商家提供，或需由第三方物流完成配送， 為完成商品/服務之準確、安全交付，第三方商家或物流服務提供方可能需要知悉您的收貨資訊及訂單相關資訊。 同時，為提供售後與爭議處理服務，我們亦可能取得交付進度與狀態資訊。
當您參與抽獎、競猜、答題或問卷調查等活動時，可能需要您主動提交部分必要資訊。 例如，於領取獎勵時，您可能需提供與領獎相關之個人資訊。
當您使用分享連結、參與活動或使用邀請碼、會員權益碼等功能時， 我們可能會讀取您的剪貼簿內容，以判斷是否存在相關口令碼資訊，進而實現跳轉、分享、活動關聯等功能。 僅當剪貼簿內容符合我們設定的連結規則時，我們才會於伺服器端進行檢查並回饋相應內容。 我們不會收集、儲存與該目的無關的其他剪貼簿資訊。
此外，為便於您分享或接收圖片、影片，我們可能會向您申請相簿/儲存（媒體與檔案）權限。
當您使用搖一搖、旋轉螢幕等互動式活動或廣告功能時， 我們可能調用陀螺儀、重力、加速度等感測器，以判斷裝置狀態並確認您是否參與互動。
當您使用影片、直播、活動或商品上線提醒及預約功能時，我們可能申請日曆寫入權限。 在獲得授權後，我們可協助您寫入、調整或提醒已預約之時間安排。
我們可能透過 Push 通知向您推播推薦內容、熱門內容與您關注使用者的動態。 此外，對於您在使用過程中提供之聯絡方式（如電話、電子郵件）， 我們亦可能自行或委託第三方發送多類通知，例如身份驗證、安全驗證、服務通知或使用者體驗調查。
在取得您的授權同意後，我們或受託第三方可能透過簡訊、電話及/或電子郵件向您提供廣告、 商業活動及促銷資訊。若您不願接收商業資訊，您有權依本政策所述方式拒絕或撤回同意。
為保障帳號、交易及系統安全，防止惡意程式、作弊與詐欺行為，並提升平台服務的安全性與穩定性， 在您使用 App 過程中，我們可能收集設備資訊、個人上網記錄、服務日誌資訊、交易資訊、 帳號及實名認證相關資訊、地理位置資訊，以及依法在取得授權後自關聯公司或合作夥伴處取得之資訊。 同時，我們亦可能收集加速度、磁場、重力與陀螺儀感測器資料，用於安全風控與異常環境識別。
前述設備資訊可能包括：Android ID、IDFA、IDFV、OAID、AAID、ODID、OpenUDID、GAID、 IP 位址、Mac 位址、WLAN Mac、藍牙 Mac、網路營運商資訊、 網路狀態與類型、SIM 卡狀態、設備名稱、硬體型號、App 版本、作業系統、語言、解析度等。
我們可能收集您的裝置資訊、個人上網記錄、會員識別資訊及廣告相關資料 （如曝光、點擊、轉換資料等，僅適用於個人化廣告推薦），並結合您主動填寫的基本資料、 選擇的個人化標籤及部分合作平台合法提供的資訊，透過自動分析與演算法模型提取偏好特徵， 向您推薦更符合您興趣的圖文、音視頻內容、推播資訊及商業訊息。
在取得您單獨授權後，我們可能使用您的地理位置資訊（如 GPS、WLAN 接入點）向您展示附近內容、 在地資訊、廣告或天氣服務。若您拒絕授權位置權限，我們將不基於該等精確位置資訊提供推薦， 但不影響其他功能的正常使用。

This Policy is intended to help you understand how Hot-short collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares your personal information. Please read it carefully before using our products and/or services.
“Hot-short products and/or services” (also referred to as “our products and/or services”) are online audio and video products and/or services provided by Hot-short, including but not limited to our client applications for PC and mobile devices, official websites, web pages, software development kits (SDKs), and application programming interfaces (APIs) used by third-party applications and/or websites.
This Hot-short Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and use your information when you use the basic and extended functions of our products and/or services. For basic functions such as browsing, searching, and login, we process necessary personal information in accordance with our basic privacy rules. For extended functions that require additional data processing, we will obtain your separate authorization where required.
To help you understand our data practices, we provide a dynamic information collection list within the product. You may review it in the Hot-short App under “Me - Settings - Information Collection List.”
When you register for or log in to our products and/or services, you may need to provide your mobile phone number and account password. Your phone number may be collected to comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to identity verification. If you choose to log in by email, you may need to provide your email address and password instead.
If you log in through a third-party platform account such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LINE, or Gmail, you authorize us to obtain certain public information from that account, such as nickname, avatar, and OpenID, for account binding and profile completion.
If you are a Hot-short VIP member, we may collect information related to your membership status, type, validity period, membership level, points, coupons, and other related rights and usage records. We may also count the number of devices associated with your account to evaluate account security and compliance with membership rules.
To comply with laws, regulations, security, and anti-fraud requirements, you may need to complete identity verification before using certain services. Depending on the service, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, and identity document information, subject to your authorization where required.
When you browse or play music, videos, or other service content, we may collect device information and online activity records to provide continuity, service quality, and consistent user experience. Such records may include browsing, clicks, playback, favorites, follows, reservations, likes, shares, visit time, duration, and interaction frequency.
If you use casting or screen projection features, we may collect network type, TV device ID, device name, and player identifier to confirm that devices are on the same local network and to complete playback adaptation.
When you purchase goods or services, we may collect order-related information such as recipient name, address, phone number, order number, order creation time, payment amount, and remarks in order to process your order, provide customer service, and ensure transaction security.
To complete payment, we may share necessary payment-related information with payment institutions through secure methods. We may also receive payment status, payment time, and payment progress information from those institutions.
When you participate in events such as prize draws, surveys, quizzes, or campaigns, we may collect the information necessary for reward issuance, verification, or activity participation.
We may send push notifications regarding recommended content, trending topics, and user updates you may be interested in. With your consent, we or authorized third parties may also send promotional messages, advertisements, and other commercial information via SMS, phone, or email.
